By using our image generation and editing tools, you agree to this policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You may not use nanobananx.com to generate, upload, edit, store, or distribute any of the following. This list is explicit and exhaustive in category, not in example — content that clearly falls within a category is prohibited whether or not it is named below.
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexualized imagery. This includes nudity intended to be sexual, sexual acts, and content designed primarily for sexual gratification. It also includes using our editing tools to remove or alter clothing on an image of a real person.
Realistic depictions of extreme violence, torture, mutilation, graphic injury, or gore. Content that glorifies, incites, or provides instruction for violent acts against people or animals.
Content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status. Content created to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate a specific person.
Any sexualized depiction of a minor, and any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children — real or synthetic, photorealistic or stylized. This is an absolute prohibition with no exceptions and no context in which it is permitted.
Attempts to generate this content are blocked automatically, terminated immediately, and reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Realistic synthetic imagery of a real, identifiable person created without their consent — including face swaps, likeness transfer, and fabricated depictions of real people. This specifically includes content depicting public figures, politicians, or celebrities in fabricated situations, and any content intended to deceive viewers about what a real person said or did.
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. This includes reproducing copyrighted characters, brand logos, or protected works in a way that infringes the rights holder, and generating content designed to pass as an official product of a brand you do not own.

We operate platform-side moderation. It is automated in the first instance and backed by human review.
Automated moderation is not perfect. It will occasionally refuse legitimate requests, and it will occasionally miss content that violates this policy. Reports from users are an important part of how we close that gap.
If you encounter content generated or shared through nanobananx.com that violates this policy, report it to [email protected].
Please include the content or a link to it, and a short description of the problem. Reports are monitored by our team and reviewed within 2 business days. Reports concerning child safety are prioritized and actioned immediately.
You may report anonymously. We do not disclose the identity of a reporter to the account being reported.
We enforce this policy in escalating stages, based on the severity of the violation and the account's history:

Violations involving child sexual abuse material, or content that presents a credible threat to a person's safety, bypass this escalation entirely: the account is terminated immediately on the first instance, credits are forfeited without refund, and the matter is referred to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
We may also remove content, restrict access, or terminate an account where we are required to do so by law or by our payment providers.
If you believe your account was actioned in error, email [email protected] with your account address and a description of what happened. We will review the decision and respond within 5 business days. Where we find we were wrong, we restore the account and any forfeited credits.
We are an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official application of any AI model provider.

All output produced by these tools is AI-generated. Model providers apply their own safety systems in addition to ours; switching between models on our platform does not bypass our content safety screening.
We may update this policy as our product and the applicable legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
